How it works
Three steps. Ten minutes. Done for the year.
01
~30 seconds
We pull your filing

Sign in, enter your corporation number, and we fetch your existing record from the federal or provincial registry. No retyping articles of incorporation from a PDF in a drawer.

02
~6 minutes
You confirm what changed

Directors moved? New registered office? We walk you through the four things that actually matter — and skip everything that hasn't changed since last year.

03
~3 minutes
We prepare and submit

You sign electronically. For federal, Ontario, and BC filings, we transmit directly to the registry and return your stamped receipt. For other jurisdictions, we submit through our registry partners or hand you a fully completed package ready to file in one click. Either way, the confirmation lands in your inbox.

My lawyer kept "forgetting" to do this every year, then billing me to remember. I switched after the second late filing.

Still missing something? Real humans answer support — usually within an hour during business days.

Is the annual return the same thing as filing taxes?+
No. The annual return is a corporate registry filing — it tells the government your corporation still exists, and confirms directors and address. Your T2 corporate tax return is separate and goes to the CRA. We only handle the registry filing.
Can I really do this without a lawyer?+
For a standard annual return where directors and registered office haven't changed dramatically, yes. The form itself is short. Most lawyers charge $400–$600 because of overhead, not difficulty. If your situation is unusual — disputed directors, share restructuring — we'll tell you to call a lawyer.
What happens if I file late?+
After 1 year of non-filing, your corporation can be dissolved by the registrar. Reviving it costs $200+ and a lot of paperwork. We send reminders 60, 30, and 7 days before your deadline so it doesn't happen.
Do you store my information securely?+
Bank-grade encryption: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Canadian data residency. PIPEDA-compliant with a documented breach response plan and access/correction processes. SOC 2 Type II audit is on our 2026 roadmap.
What if I have multiple corporations?+
Add as many as you like — there's no per-account fee. Each filing is $99 + the gov fee. Volume pricing kicks in at 10+ corporations on a single account; ask us about firm pricing.
Can my accountant or bookkeeper file on my behalf?+
Absolutely. Invite them as a collaborator with view or edit access. They prep the filing, you sign — or grant them signing authority if you want hands-off.

Pull up your corp number, grab a coffee, and you'll have your stamped receipt before it cools down.
